Hydraulic hose assemblies up to one inch cover 1SN, 2SN and 4SP spiral hose along with smooth bore and convoluted PTFE with stainless steel overbraid. The range also includes half inch twin line breaker hoses available from stock or built to bespoke requirements. All assemblies undergo hydrostatic pressure testing up to 10,000 psi and tensile pull testing for crimp integrity. Customers can select laser engraved, labelled, or shrink-wrapped options with repeatable part numbers for easy reordering.
Pneumatic and low-pressure hose assemblies include braided rubber, PVC, and polyurethane constructions from single lines through to complex multi-line umbilical’s. The company applies 8 jaw pallet crimping for maximum retention and builds FRL air preparation sets exactly to customer specifications. Static pneumatic testing reaches up to 600 psi.
